He is a board certified toxicologist and has testified as an expert in toxicology and chemistry throughout the United States. Renumeration

1. TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS:

    $20 per 15 minutes (pre-arranged calls only, no charge for first 10 minutes)

2. LIBRARY RESEARCH FOR REPORTS:

    $115 per hour

3. OPINION LETTER REPORTS:

    $115 per hour (one hour minimum)

4. SWORN EXPERT TESTIMONY (Portal to Portal):

    $200 per hour/ $1350 per day maximum (Ph.D., toxicologist/chemist)

    $350 minimum per appearance

    $120 per hour (MS, toxicologist/chemist)

    $100 per hour (BS, chemist)

    $800 per day maximum

    No additional travel expenses included unless airfare is required.
